Gift FAQ
How does the recipient redeem their gift?
The recipient receives an email with a gift code. They can also scan the QR code on the printable gift card. Either way, they create a free account and their gift subscription is automatically applied.
Can I choose when the gift is delivered?
The gift email is sent immediately after purchase. You can also choose to send it yourself by downloading the printable gift card and giving it in person.
What if they already have an account?
If the recipient already has an Living Story account, they can still redeem the gift code. It will upgrade or extend their existing subscription.
How long does the gift subscription last?
All gift subscriptions are for 1 year. After the year ends, the recipient can choose to continue with a paid plan or drop to the free tier.
